House holiday rentals in Newport

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

This was a great place for four people the beach is close. Restaurants are nearby as are grocery stores. While you are at it check out the Perk 101 coffee shop. Great coffee and tea.

This is one of the most comfortable and completely equipped homes that we stayed at. We were able to cook our favorite meals at home with all needed utensils, while the children played with great games stored in the house then stroll through the beautiful clean beach. Fresh local seafood available at stores within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely return to this home in the future.

This was a great spot! I booked last minute and Brandon and Natasha were so accommodating and helpful. The view is gorgeous and the beach is close. Would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. Short walk to Bay Blvd, with many restaurants and shopping. Short drive to other main attractions in the area, (aquarium, lighthouse, beaches, etc..). It was perfect for our family of 4, (wife and 2 boys, 10 and 7). The home is older, but it’s just short of a complete remodel. Everything was nice, and it had all amenities listed and then some. No complaints about the home. The host was very friendly and responsive prior to, during, and post our stay. Highly recommend, and we’d stay here again next time.

Beautiful property, tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped, and prompt communications! A little expensive, but with a group it’s affordable and well worth it. Will definitely consider it again if I stay at the coast and will recommend to others.

The views are breathtaking, home is tidy, clean and well-kept. It’s a short scenic walk to town and there are many nearby activities. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time, especially relaxing in the hot tub, watching the waves crash after fun days of exploration. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, private, and offered plenty of activities to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made our experience even better. The river nearby was stunning, and the beach wasn’t too far either. Even the drive to and from the property was scenic. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back.

We loved staying in Kristin’s beautiful home. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quaint. We enjoyed being able to walk to the little playground and beach to hunt for rocks and watch the sunset. We even saw a baby fawn on our morning walk. The house was clean, comfortable, and had so many fun toys and garage games for us to use during our stay. Kristin is an excellent host, checking in on us during our stay and quickly responding to questions. We would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Beverly Beach House! Very clean, spacious for our whole group. We enjoyed all the amenities and the host made sure to have all extra supplies. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean view from the deck as we were lucky enough to have sunshine during our whole stay! This is a beautiful house that has everything you need for a pleasant getaway. Fantastic experience staying here! Amazing location, quiet and clean neighborhood. The patio area was superb and very relaxing with lots of seating! The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay (coffee pot, cooking utensils, cutlery etc) 10/10 recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing comfortable home that has a breathtaking view of the ocean!

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

Great central location to Nye beach. Walkable to the beach and downtown shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes from the aquarium. Since it's in the heart of the town there is some road noise at night but it didn't bother us one bit. Clean house. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Beach wagon, toys, chairs etc. plan on street parking as the garage has a small entrance. Very comfortable bed! Responsive communication with the host. I'd recommend to stay here! Check out Nana's Irish Pub for dinner if you do.

This place was super cute with lots of amenities. I found the bed to be very comfortable compared to many of my other traveling experiences. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t use the sauna but it looked very nice. Great use of the indoor and outdoor space. I was so happy that I could hear the ocean with the windows open. It was pretty obvious to me why this awesome space is frequently not available!

What a place! We were thrilled to stay in a beach house refreshingly free of baby blue and seashell décor. The home is as gorgeous as the view—and the amenities? Let’s just say there was enough Aesop to make any elder millennial grin. Probably too much Aesop. Definitely too much Aesop. ;) Great for families and perfectly situated in a chill spot, with livelier towns just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay! We had a group of 10 and the kids had plenty to do at the house! Two tv’s, a game room, a Wii, sand toys, and hot tub. Not even 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of beds and a big dinning room table to accommodate everybody. The house is very pretty and we loved using the kitchen. Overall very good for groups and kids. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at Song of the Sea and once again it was marvelous. The view cannot be beat, both on the deck and from within the house. The house is well designed to maximize the view with a Great Room and huge windows facing the ocean. The house is comfortable and private and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We accidentally left several items behind when we checked out, and Vacasa was so friendly and helpful to work with to find and return the items. I can't recommend this house highly enough.
