By the Waves is a 5-plex offering ocean view lodging in a beach-side community. This is our street level suite that sleeps four. There is a gas fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub! Walk right out the door to the stair-free beach access! Watch the waves from our ocean views while sitting at the dining table, lounging in the living room or even while cooking on the stove in our fully equipped kitchen. As a long-time, company policy, we require your home address and a current phone number, when you book.

This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

The "River Chalet" is a beautiful remodeled fisherman's cottage from 1931 that sits on the banks of the Big Nestucca River in Pacific City. Just a short walk to the beach and nestled in the heart of Pacific City's eclectic "downtown" its the perfect place to slow down and recharge. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!
