Monthly Rentals in Newport

Audrey's place was the perfect spot for a cozy night away. Everything was exactly as described and shown, Audrey was incredibly responsive and flexible with a later check-out time. The best part was the creek in the side yard- such a relaxing place to have a beer in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We lucked out finding this spot!

The apartment was just as pictured and conveniently located near a grocery store and the zoo. It was a quiet neighborhood on the weekend and weekdays.

Tasha was an amazing host! She allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute and was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future if we’re in the neighborhood! :)

We had such a nice time at this property. Hosts were wonderful and worked with us for a late checkout. Can’t thank them enough for a beautiful time, easy with everything we could want, very comfortable for all of our family!
