Monthly Rentals in Newport Bay

We had a great time staying here! The studio is located right in the downtown area of Newport Beach with the water and lots of restaurants a few steps away! We came for our honeymoon and the studio was the perfect amount of space for two people. The balcony was really nice to have as well! We did wish there was a dresser so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, but everything else was awesome!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at James’s place! What a unique, peaceful and convenient location. Parking was easy, walking to restaurants and coffee was a piece of cake. I have family in Irvine so we popped back and forth a bit and it was no problem at all. We took early morning and evening walks around the island. Jame’s place felt like home immediately. It was clean and comfortable, and when we weren’t out and about it was easy to relax at Jame’s place. James was very helpful and proactive in providing all details. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Right off the bayside walk. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. The place was a perfect size for two adults and great accommodations and nicely decorated. Definitely a place one would want to come back to for future stays.
