Holiday houses in Newman

This is my first time in Aptos so everything was new. The view of the beach from the patio is as advertised. I only wished that our stay was more about the town itself (there to visit someone in Santa Cruz). I would stay again here should the circumstances change. Alla is very responsive in the few times we exchanged messages.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

This is our second stay at Paula's property, the second time was nothing short of excellent! Our wonderful experience the first time is why we decided to stay again, and plan to stay for future visits.

Clean and spacious place. Quirky but perfect for us. But if a drive to anyplace except the slough and beach.

Pajaro Dunes is very peaceful and private and the condo is lovely. I appreciated how clean it was, all the thoughtful extras and how well stocked it was, and how communicative Annette was. She even sent local recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to all sorts of great nature, peaceful and quiet for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub and game room was a game-changer, and every detail was clearly designed for comfort and convenience. This was our second stay at My's beach condo. It's well maintained and has easy access to the Pajaro Dunes beach.

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
