As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
