Ian was very friendly and responsive. The house was clean and warm and close to everything we needed.

Mona was a caring and responsive host. She was happy to meet any of our needs, and was extremely kind to us regarding the flexibility of the schedule. We very much enjoyed our time at her house, and in Joe Batts Arm.

Great place to stay with my pup for 2 weeks!! Thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and cozy quarters! Perfect size, would love here if I could :)

Beautiful house in a tucked away location with lots of parking space. Lovely seniors in the area who certainly appreciated a wave as we drove by. Thanks for having a group of girls and moms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy house in a quiet neighbourhood.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I had no issues at all during my stay, and in fact, I enjoyed it so much that I could easily see myself renting it as an apartment. The space felt like home, and the host clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining it. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cal was extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we had to switch a date. It was cozy, clean and safe. While you can hear a bit of traffic in the front bedroom it wasn't really noticeable and the apartment was actually one of the quietest Airbnbs we've stayed in. The layout is exceptionally good with the bedrooms all being separated from one another. It felt like a home away from home. Almost don't want to give it a good review as we don't want it to become too popular. We will be booking again!

This was such a lovely experience!! Marjory was a fantastic host to my family, myself and my fur babies! She was so accommodating and kind. I even screwed up my date of arrival and she helped me instantly! She was so amazing to us and we appreciate her tremendously. Very charming and cozy spot. Felt very warm and welcoming!! Highly recommended!!!

Ideal location, easy parking, sweeping views of downtown St. John's - we could see the fireworks New years eve in all directions, very comfortable space for our family of 5. Clean. Quiet. Beds cozy. We hope to return in the summer. Earl was very responsive and friendly.

Curtis was an amazing host! We stayed in the Airbnb for a long term stay and could not have asked for a better situation. Curtis was super friendly, responsive and really helpful. He offered plenty of reccomendations and local insight and was always available to answer questions about the Airbnb. The place was beautiful, spacious and clean and the kitchen was well equipped without any clutter which was a bonus. It's right in the city centre and is in walking distance of resturants, bars, shops, gyms and a yoga studio which really helped us make the most our time in the city. I couldn't reccomend this host and apartment more!

Drinking tea in front of the picture window is the perfect soul recharge :)

Very beautiful, quiet spot and close to the mall.

We were in the area due to a family emergency a family member was in the local hospital. We needed a place to lay our heads and rest while dealing with the situation. Vera’s retro apartment was fantastic. Very clean and had everything we needed! Thanks!!
