This place was everything I needed it to be, and so was Kristy. I didn’t need much. But it was a perfect place with a perfect view overlooking our beautiful city. I took my girlfriend out for her birthday and we took in a restaurant just a few minutes drive downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and then went out for some drinks before returning to a wonderful night’s sleep. All in all, this place offered me a convenient way to celebrate in the community. I would love to stay again!

Loved our stay. Perfect location to walk downtown and even over to Signal Hill. Doreen met us at check in and made us feel right at home. Her place had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!!

Quynh’s place was clean and cozy. When we arrived the large dish with a variety of snacks was a welcome sight after driving 8 hours. That was very much appreciated. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large with lots of room for getting dressed. This is very important when travelling for business. I would definitely book again.

Patricia’s place is fabulous. It was a home away from home. We had been travelling for over 24 hours - night flight from Calgary and were exhausted. Asked Patricia if we could check in early. She said she would let us know when her guest left and place cleaned. She was very accommodating. We got in early and were able to have a nap before going out that afternoon. The kitchen was very well outfitted for preparing meals. Space was perfect for two people exploring St. John’s and surrounding area. Great location to get to and from all our destinations. Apt was very quiet. Yard was lovely. Patricia and her husband very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. I hope our other Air B and B’s on our travels measure up to this one!! Thank you Patricia for making our first days in Newfoundland so comfortable.

Such a great place, might be the cleanest AirBnb we have ever stayed in! Everything we needed was there, and Andrew and Pam were super responsive. Will definitely stay again, and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Harbour Grace or nearby.

El apartamento de Bernadette es todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Es acogedor, bonito, práctico, y está equipado con todos los utensilios que puedas necesitar, tanto si te alojas durante un periodo largo o corto de tiempo. Además, está situado a 10 minutos a pie del "Downtown" o del supermercado, a 5 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús, y a tan solo 3 minutos tienes una cafeteria acogedora donde puedes desayunar, comer o cenar! Bernadette es encantadora, resolvió rápidamente todas mis dudas, me ayudó en todo lo que pudo, y me facilitó muchísimo la estancia. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiría!

Mike's place was easy to find with Google maps. His instructions on how to get inside was straight forward. Code for the door lock made the arrival time more flexible. There was no railing going down the stairs and no lights on at the bottom of the stairs so it was pitch black. Phone flashlight to the rescue. We were more than pleasantly surprised with this place. It is a basement unit but didn't feel dingy or stuffy. Decent ceiling height and wide open layout. Rooms are a great size and equipped with the Google Home Mini as well as a TV. Even a printer...nice touch! Lots of closet space! Kitchen was huge and fairly clean, but had some left over food, etc Would be nice to have some pods to go with the Kurig, some sugar and cream. Fridge has an ice maker...bonus! Bathroom was a great size with a seperate tub and shower. Access to a laundry room and half bath was great. The caretaker was super friendly and quick to restock what was running low. Would stay there again! would recommend.

We were able to do the 3 flights of stairs. Great shower and 3 beds. Loved having a kitchen. Nice to be across from Bannerman Park. Close to downtown and the harbour. Lois was very responsive to messages and what we needed. We were able to stay longer on check out day because of late departure at airport. This really helped with luggage.

Tanya and Perry were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is like new and roomy. The bed was super comfortable. The massage chair and the exercise equipment is a bonus for sure. And to top it all off, we seen to moose in the backyard. How cool is that! If we are back in the area, we will certainly reach out to Tanya and Perry again.

Thank you Paul we absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Paul was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. My girlfriend and I stayed here while I had to work in the area on a project. We decided to turn it into a vacation and we were not disappointed. We visited some of Marie’s recommendations and they were wonderful! Pier 39 was delicious and the hospitality of the community was top tier. We visited at the end of season but Marie’s home was hard to leave anyways! The private jacuzzi with the view of the Atlantic was amazing! The RockCut hikes were our favorite as well! We hope to visit again but next time during the peak season : )

Great location. very close to the discovery centre, the Tablelands trail, the lookout trail, green gardens etc. kitchen had everything you could possibly need! clean and comfortable. fantastic staff as well.
