Really helpful host and lovely location!

Comfortable home in beautiful surroundings. Really responsive and friendly host. En-suite bathrooms to each bedroom and the beds were super comfy. Great parking and charger for electric car - lovely walks nearby along the river and the horse in the field behind had just given birth to a foal so our daughter was mesmerised. Oh I forgot the hot tub - that was great too!

The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. The location was lovely and peaceful and the hosts were really helpful and friendly.

Beautiful home, very spacious and plenty of amenities. felt right at home! perfect for toddlers too. Ian was great, very helpful and easily contactable.

Beautiful location for a lovely farm stay, great views from the hot tub! Loved being able to watch the cows and sheep. Claire was lovely and was ready to help at any moment despite us arriving so late at night! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic time at The Stables celebrating our rescue greyhound’s fifth birthday - she got to run around happily in the enclosed garden whilst we enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco in the hot tub!Secluded location, relaxing and everything you could need thought of by Paul & Fiona. Beautiful cosy cottage, fabulously decorated and fitted out to a high standard. The location was beautiful and quiet, very rural area. It was an ideal place to get away from everything and relax. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for romantic getaway or just need to get away from the stresses of life for a few days.

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

Very convenient accomodation for exploring Dumfries and surroundings. Good communication with host . We might be back here if going to Dumfries & Galloway for a longer time.

The cottage was exactly what was listed and what we were looking for. The Host was always responsive and friendly with many helpful details. The cottage was pristine, modern comfortable and very comfortable. The decor is modern but relaxed, the sofa is sooooo comfy and the bed is huuuge. The location is very peaceful, although to get to any amenities it does mean a drive, there is no shop, pub, restaurant etc within walking distance. The location is excellent for exploring Northumberland, under an hour from Bamburgh Castle, half an hour from Alnwick and Alnwick Castle, and an hour ish from Berwick upon Tweed.

Great little annex, spacious and clean with great amenities. Was greeted with fresh bread and brownies, butter and eggs. The bread and brownies were delicious. Amazing views and so quiet. Enjoyed seeing the birds feeding off the feeder, especially the woodpecker. Lovely wood burner. A good base for either walks around the area or to see the Roman ruins or for attractions further afield in Northumberland.

Me and my mum loved our stay at Steadings Cottage, it had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable for our short break away. It has a lovely spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. Our host was brilliant and provided lots of recommendations for what to see and where to eat. There are also lots of helpful maps, walks and guidebooks in the cottage which came in handy. This is a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely come back here.

Had a great couple of days at Strawberry Cottage. The place was clean, cosy, and had all the amenities we could need. The location was fantastic - only a very short walk into Keswick Town Centre. Would highly recommend.

A peaceful and relaxing place to stay. 3 nights here and we wished we had longer. The home was clean and comfortable with a nice sized kitchen and dining area. Two nice sized en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds too!. You’re Surrounded by lovely views no matter where you sit in this home. The host Paula was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Paula offered and set up a travel cot for us prior to our arrival which was very much appreciated, especially when you have to pack so much with a little one. We all loved our weekend here and would book again!.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Crook a Beck Barn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. It is well equipped, with a great kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and a large walk in shower alongside a large bath. It is in a peaceful setting with beautiful views and has all levels of walks available straight from the property. We enjoyed the extras especially the lemon drizzle cake made by Judith. We will definitely books this property again on our next visit to Patterdale.

We stay in The Drive for 3 nights. The accomodation is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The views from the windows don't disappoint, they are breathtaking. It a little journey to Hexham but there is plenty to do there with lovely shops and cafés. We love Northumberland and have been going with our family every year for the last 13 years. We didn't want to come home

Wonderful accommodation, couldn’t fault anything. It was clean, cosy and comfortable with great views. Perfect for visiting Vindolanda and Hadrians Wall. The welcome treats of Prosecco, eggs, milk, cake and more were a lovely touch. Thank you Julia for a fantastic stay.

Beautifully appointed cottage in the lovely Warkworth. Very comfortable and great to have 2 en suite bedrooms. Well located to the village, walking distance to Amble and ideal for our Coastal walk to Craster with bus back! A perfect weekend!

The barn was clean, warm and had everything we needed. Great location for day trips to Keswick, Ambleside, Ullswater etc! We had a lovely time and will definitely come back! Thank you :)

Rutters Falls Mill is everything you could hope for in a holiday stay. The mill itself has been beautifully modernized with all the amenities you need, a touch of artistic flair and of course a historic building. Jim and Jane were friendly and helpful hosts. Could not ask for more!
