Holiday rentals with a pool in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

The location and the surrounding areas are one of our personal favorites, so that added a lot to our stay. LA, other attractions, and things to do aren't that far away, yet the house provides a perfect sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle. The hosts are very responsive and their place is stocked with all the amenities that one could need. It's. . .a. . .beautiful. . . house, and the owners have made it even better. Thanks for a lovely stay Chris and Tom!

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

We were lucky enough to have enjoyed a family at John’s place. Words can’t fully express how incredible the house is. The location feels remote but isn’t far up from the PCH, which was perfect. The pool was heated as promised and was clean and incredible for young families, as well as adults! As a host, John and was the most catering I’ve ever encountered. We had a couple of surprise family guests on day 2/4. John was incredibly understanding and catered for the last minute, extra day-guests. We felt John was truly there and understanding, with the emphases always on making sure our stay was as peaceful as possible. Thank you John! We can’t wait to come back!

Place was clean and well appointed. Patrese was responsive to all our questions and was helpful.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This was a grate last minute booking. San allowed me to check in early so I could get ready for plans later that night. The place was in a great location if you want to be a tourist! It did have a noticeable smell to it but there was candles in the unit and that took care of the smell. Over all I would recommend staying here to anyone and would book again

I highly recommend staying at Javier's condo. It was perfect for my long-term stay. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my boys and I enjoyed our time there very much. Javier was available and attentive throughout my entire stay, which I appreciated.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in Sherman Oaks. It was the perfect spot to feel right at home and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Photos are accurate, the home is spacious, the beds and linens are comfortable and the convenient location made it easy to get around. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

We loved this space! It was a peaceful, private oasis in the location we wanted. The hosts were away for part of our stay but we felt right at home and knew they were available if we needed anything. It was wonderful to meet them when they returned, they were lovely and we look forward to returning to stay again!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. Ty's place in Sherman Oaks was perfect for visiting the sights of LA. The house was very clean and had perfect accommodation for a group of 4. we loved the ensuite bathroom. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool.
