Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

Rink Side Cabin at The Farm Rink

This cabin is a rustic getaway with all the comforts of home. Nestled in the woods, the cabin has an abundance of hiking trails with a covered bridge, and small farm that guests are welcome to visit. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

We are centrally located just 30 minutes away from Ithaca, Binghamton, and Elmira, just a short distance to countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and finger lake wineries. Enjoy a peaceful sunrise/sunset from the balcony taking in the valley views. The living room can also sleep up to two additional occupants.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests at the farmhouse. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.
