It has a great living room space, dining area, full kitchen and 1 bedroom with queen bed, and a Huge sectional couch for guests to sleep on too!

There are 24 steps up to it. We consider it your included workout for the day. While there is a sofa sleeper, it is older and not the most comfortable. It is there in a pinch.
