Holiday rentals with a patio in New Town, Prague

The appartment is very well located, looks exactly like in the pictures, was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and terrace was just AMAZING! Highly recommended!

She was a great host. We really were happy with the neighborhood which was close to downtown but less crowded and more relaxed.

It would be very nice to have, at least, enough to make a good coffee when you wake up!!

I stayed for a month and had a few minor problems, but I had a good time with the host's good response. It has a comfortable accommodation and a good view from the accommodation, and the view hot place of Liegrove Sadi Park is right nearby. (Energy Pub) If you take tram 9, you can go directly to the city in 4 stops, and you can walk to the central station, so it's not bad for a small town in the Czech Republic.

Nikola herself has been nothing but the perfect host and we can’t recommend her or the apartment enough. The apartments placement is also about as good as you can get. We will definitely be back 💕

A perfect studio apartment that’s only a short walk from dancing house, old town square and the centre of new town and looks exactly like the photos. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed! You can find coffee pods and tea in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom and spare towels in the cupboard. Ondrej was an excellent host, very responsive on messages and kind. I would recommend his stay to anyone wanting to visit Prague.

The property was exceptionally beautiful. We didn’t feel like getting out and wanted to spend most of our time there. It had all the required amenities and the hosts were super responsive and reached out to us whenever we had any questions. If in Prague, I would go to this property Everytime !

We stayed at Jans place on our 3 day trip to Prague. The apartment was very cozy and clean, in a more private and quiet neighbourhood, far from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still very accessible by the tram. Jan was also very friendly and accommodating by allowing us to check in early. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Prague.

Kornelie doesn't just rent out accommodation, she rents out a home. From the very beginning, everything just clicked: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - It fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The furnishings could not be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linen and many towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with football goals and a basketball hoop within 2-3 minutes' walk. We left a football and basketball there for the next guests. A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Very comfortable, even used swimming pool and lovely spacious garden with BBQ House had all the comforts. No TV but we didn't need it either. 20 minutes' drive from the city centre with your own car. And 5 minutes drive to the large supermarket Billy.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

I could write an essay about this palce. But it should be enough if I will write it’s my second time here. Totally recommend.

Lovely apartment. Huge kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. However, a coffee maker and toaster were not provided. Large terrace. Car can be parked in the yard. Walking distance to Wenceslas Square a good 2 km. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Loved our stay at Michael’s apartment in Prague. It is centrally located, very convenient to the old town. We were especially happy to have a lift in the building! The apartment was beautifully appointed, and the roof terrace had amazing views. Michael was very informative and replied to our questions promptly. We would happily recommend Michael’s apartment to future visitors.

Great location and set up of the apartment. It is conveniently close to multiple transport links and the apartment itself was in great condition. Sarka is a friendly host and gave us lots of recommendations ensuring we had a great time!
