great location. super clean and comfortable. Wayne is very responsive and helpful. Be mindful that there are stairs to get to the flat, which we weren't aware. So if you have big luggages, that will require some effort to carry them into the apartment. Otherwise, this is a perfect stay

Me. Teddy was very accommodating and friendly. We were late for check-in and he waited us for quite sometime. On top of that during our 2.5 months of stay, he was very accommodating towards our reqeust and make sure we are OK throughout our stay. Location wise is very convenient with Mitsui Outlet just less than 2mins walk away. Highly recommended
