There are 24-hour convenience stores 7-11, all sizes of restaurants nearby.Linkou Street Market, Raohe Street Night Market, Eslite in Songzhu, Taipei 101, and the shopping districts of Weifeng, Xinguang, Times of Uni-President, and Xinyi make shopping really convenient.Vie Show Cinemas, and street art shows can't be seen. Tiger, leopard, lion, elephant, Duotiao Sishi Mountain Trail, park green spaces, medical facilities, library, and Xinyi Administrative Centre are all within walking distance. There is taipei youbike. Cross the park and walk for 3 minutes to reach the "Yongchun High School" bus stop. You can reach the "Songshan Home Shopping" bus stop in 10 minutes. There are many bus routes here, connecting to all parts of Taipei. Within a 10-minute walk, there is the soon-to-open Guangci/Fengtian MRT station. The Red Line of the Taipei Metro takes you past Xiangshan, through Greater Taipei, all the way to Tamsui. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the Blue Line's 'Yongchun Metro Station'. A little further along the same route are 'Songshan Train Station' and the Green Line's 'Songshan Station'.

You can also take a boat or ride a U-bike across the Danshui River to Dadaocheng Pier on the other side. Our home is also only a 7-minute walk from Cailiao MRT station, and transportation is very convenient 3 minutes walk to Datong Market, downstairs there is a Family Mart convenience store, breakfast shop, food material shop, barbecue, snacks, shrimp skin shop, good living function We value safety and have fire extinguishers in the house and on the stairs.
