Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Roads

Awesome host! Suggested lots a good restaurants, answered all my questions and was really responsive. Will be staying again when I’m back in area.

I loved staying here!! The layout was perfect and there was just enough space where it was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and we didn’t have problems with anything.

If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

James was an amazing host! We had some extenuating circumstances and James accommodated us with several extensions. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed to make the place to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

Worth the cost, place was clean. Host was very responsive, friendly, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was very easy. The area the unit was in seemed very rough, but the block the unit is on was very quiet, no loud noises, no issues at all! I would definitely book here if I was visiting this area again! The bed was quite comfy, I slept very well during the stay. Roku TV gave live television along with a multitude of apps to use. Host even provided DVDs and books for entertainment if you need it. It was a great stay!

Great, clean, and comfy stay

Carl’s guesthouse was perfect for our weekend in Baton Rouge and in a very safe neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and having a full kitchen was wonderful. Our toddler’s air mattress fit in the hallway to the office space which was a pleasant surprise so that made nights much easier being able to separate her from our older daughter. We will definitely stay at Carl’s again next time we need to be in Baton Rouge!

It was my first time visiting False River. I absolutely loved this home! Beautiful decor and the outdoor space is perfect! Location was great! The owners were responsive and very helpful. I will definitely return!

We stayed here while attending the Open Championship (bowling) event at the Raising Canes center. It was about a 15 min drive, which was perfect. The house was in great condition. We all laughed that it still smelled new! Beds were comfy! Trent was very responsive but gave us space during our stay, unless we needed something. Would stay here again!

I was in Baton Rouge for a week of work. Victoria's place is centrally located so it was easy and quick to get to all of the meetings I had to attend. In addition, there is a Trader Joe's nearby that made getting groceries a piece of cake and the proximity to Lakeshore Drive made for good end of the day walking. Most importantly, it was a quiet and comfortable home base for the week. I don't know that I will get back to Baton Rouge anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I will stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!

We had a great time and enjoyed the neighborhood. Janay’s place was wonderful and in a great location for us.
