Holiday rentals with a patio in New Roads

We enjoyed our weekend stay here so much! The room was spotless, chic, and truly felt so homey. I highly recommend booking here if you need a place in St.Francisville.

Great location. Walkable to good restaurants. Cute neighborhood. Comfy beds. Adorable old house. Chasity was super communicative and incredibly helpful with our very last minute booking.

Great location to downtown Baton Rouge. The condo is new, part of the apartments expansion. Clean on the inside and out and very peaceful. Mary gave us very clear instructions to checkin and answered all of my questions throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here if passing thru the city.

Mostly quiet. Upstairs neighbors had heavy feet but it didnt go late at least. Thought someone had cooked in the kitchen while we were out (strong fried odor) but it mustve been a neighbor. Host was very attentive and these above things are out of his control. So much better than a hotel. Looking forward to booking this again.

The Music Loft was ideal for my wife and I for the weekend. Centrally located in the heart of Christmas in The Country, walking short distances to entertainment, shopping and dining. The loft is perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway.

My husband and I was scammed by another airbnb host who didnt answer his phone to give us our key and apt information. We were left in the car with nowhere to go. Not to mention that we came all the way from Houston to Baton Rouge for my brother funeral. Airbnb immediately found us this unit and we contacted James and he responded in minutes. They really saved us and we appreciate them so much. Thanks Airbnb for coming through for us as well. God Bless 🙏🏾

Really cozy place and the vibes are immaculate. It even has a record player and records, mixing set for cocktails etc. Comfy bed and good sleep in a great neighbourhood.

Matt's place was awesome...very responsive host and everything was just like the pictures. we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Such a cozy home…felt at home immediately!!! Enjoyed all the live plants and how roomy the home was. Sadly, on our second day there my mother passed away…sent Lejeune a text that I would be flying home and my husband would be staying. Lejeune responded immediately and was so kind and supportive!! My hubby tried his best to do all the final check items…let’s just say, much grace was given by our host!!!❤️ Yes, definitely a wonderful home to choose!!!

This is a lovely and historic stay. Peggy did a great job curating the White House and if you visit the Old Governor's Mansion or State Capitol, you'll feel like this place is part of the tour.

Such a simple process from start to finish. With a host of issues starting with delays at the airport coming in, I needed a seamless check-in and I got exactly that. Everything from neighborhood, to the cute and private cottage feel of the mid-century home made this quick stop worth every penny!

Annmarie was a terrific, responsive host! The tiny home is exactly as described, well suited for a solo traveler. The only issue (not insurmountable) was the gate to the back of the property where the tiny home is located is rather heavy & a bit difficult to maneuver. I managed to do this, however, & had a terrific stay otherwise. Would definitely recommend this property & hope to stay there again when I travel to Baton Rouge!

Absolutely wonderful stay, cute little house with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Wonderful hosts who respond quickly to any questions, super accommodating. 10/10 would stay here again while visiting family and friends in the Zachary/Baton Rouge area.
