The Treehouse, a lush Parisian inspired Studio high in the treetops in the heart of the village of New Paltz. Private entrance leading to private rooftop deck, lovely sun filled space to enjoy the treescape or sunset. Located two blocks from Main Street and Main Course, a farm to table award winning casual restaurant. In response to COVID-19 our cleaning protocol now includes bleaching all surfaces, changing duvet cover and blanket, and running an air purification system after every guest.
“The Treehouse is much better in person than it appears online. Something in the dimensions and layout of the place make for a really cozy, lovely space that somehow really comes together in person in a way that's not readily apparent in the pictures. Very warm vibe, very thorough and thoughtful provisions throughout. We loved enjoying a bottle of wine on the porch in the cool winter evening under the deep blue sky and warming string lighting. Highly recommended!”
A bright and cozy private apartment on a quiet street 1 mile from the center of New Paltz and the Thruway exit.
“Tom and Moe were incredible hosts. Their place is in an excellent location near the highway and a short drive to downtown New Paltz. The little touches wowed us, like tea and coffee, and snacks. Their place was spotlessly clean. The seating area in the backyard was especially relaxing. We miss it already.”
Victorian Haven is located near the Shawangunk Mountains that extends for over 20 miles and reaches 2,200 feet in height at Sam's point, the highest elevation on the ridge. In addition, the Wallkill River provides unspoiled and picturesque spots for hiking, fishing and/or picnics. Gardiner has a beautiful rail trail that follows the path of the 1860's railroad and provides a great opportunity to hike, bike or ski.
“Victorian Haven - quiet, cozy, and quaint! Such an adorable hidden gem in a small community. Had everything needed from morning coffee to dinner making! The small intimate touches like the selection of coffee with multiple options for creamer and added notes and information about the place and local areas of interest made it stand out! The wildlife was amazing - seeing 50+ deer just hanging out and the many birds on/near the river. Perfect place to stay while seeing a concert and just wanting to get away for the weekend. Definitely recommend for a couple trying to unwind and relax!”
