A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

The Westside Suite

One bedroom suite, attached to a secondary unit, just minutes from Ashland U. There is plenty room for lounging in the bedroom with a king size bed, sofa sleeper, two spacious closets, dresser and TV. A full bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with french doors that open up to a backyard patio where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee in a wooded setting. The space is very comfortable for one night or an extended stay with a private, keypad entry and off street parking.

Welcome to Hickory Creek Cottage! Our place is designed with couples in mind, to relax & reconnect. Come celebrate a birthday, anniversary, milestone or simply spend quality time together. The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. We think you'll be comfortable, whatever your adventure might be!

With walking distances to Oberlin College, Conservatory, and downtown restaurants better measured in yards than blocks, Vine Street Suite puts you exactly where you want to be. Our historic family farm has 180 acres. The main house has been renovated to reflect a Greek revival kind of architecture that was prevalent in this area during the early 1800’s. The guest house is of new construction and is attached to the garage. It has a private porch attached to the back.
