Always love staying at Ron’s. It’s so peaceful. Perfect location and beautiful Ocean views with a short ride if you need to go to town. Montauk Music Fest is a must. Amazing talent and great way to see all Montauk venues. Ron so great to have as a host!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better and the home was so comfortable and welcoming. All the information was clear and James was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This spot in Ditch Plains was everything we hoped for and then some. Super peaceful, clean, and way better in person than the pics even show. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning strolls with the dogs. The whole area has this mellow, laid-back vibe. Town was not crowded and it was just good energy all around. You can hear the waves rolling in all day through every window in the house. A ton of wildlife. mourning doves, owls, we saw deer, rabbits, the whole deal. Felt like we were tucked away in our own little nature retreat. Pre-season is 100% the move. Quiet Montauk is where it’s at. Big shoutout to David, super cool guy and lightning fast with responses. We’ll definitely be coming back. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking to unwind and soak up some serious chill.

This spot worked out really well for our needs. Really quiet spot, close to restaurants in East Hamptons and about 20-25 minutes from Montauk.

Perfect for a quick gateway! Very clean place, amazing design and creative use of storage spaces throughout the tiny house. Love the view of a lake and watching a sunset from a HUGE window next the bed - a bonus! A must stay! Definitely will come back.

We had a idyllic stay! The Airbnb was new, pristine, and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Everything was as pictured and described. Located in a private, quiet and serene area. A quick and easy walk to Mansion beach. Kelly and Peter were lovely quick to answer any questions and make recommendations. They were very kind and helpful. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful flora of the island. Watching the stars at night was wonderful and a true delight. It was our first time to Block Island and we can't wait to come back. We would not hesitate to stay here again! It was a magical time.

We had a great time in Mystic! The property was beautiful, comfortable and cozy and in a great location. It was an easy walk to downtown through a lovely community. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this listing if you are visiting Mystic!

The cabin exceeded all our expectations! It had everything we needed to feel at home, and the farm and trail behind the house is well worth exploring.

What a quaint lovely little cottage. The pictures don’t do it justice it is so peaceful on the water and perfect space for relaxing and getting cozy. Alaina was very helpful with the heat and instructions and was easy to checkin/out and find the house. We only wish it wasn’t raining most of our time but we were still able to enjoy the fire and sit outside a bit. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful tiny home on the water. clean and organized inside and outside. Plenty of added amenities , like shampoo, hair dryer, coffee and tea. clean bed and towels. Amazing view from the bed also. I only had one thing that I wish was different. the window above the table is light filtering, and at 5 am it was very bright. we put a blanket over it the 2nd night. Not a biggie really. We did not use the kayaks that were available, but I brought my blow up paddleboard anf it was amazing out on the lake. So peaceful and absolutely beautiful. I will be back. thank you Kevin

One word… Perfect! This was my first time staying at this location, and it was beyond perfect. The views are absolutely stunning, the home was cozy, and — most importantly to me — it was spotless. It had everything we wanted and needed. Sandra and Kelly were incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions. I will definitely be back time and time again!

Frederick and Kelly have a great little rustic cabin right on the lake. Peaceful, quiet (a tiny bit of road noise occasionally, but overall very quiet). Frederick is super helpful and friendly. Cabin was built around 75 years ago (original builder's son left a note in the log book!), so don't expect anything ultramodern.. just a nice unassuming rustic family cabin.

Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

Anne’s LaBoDee is a hidden gem, tucked into the forest and a quiet oasis for those seeking an escape from a busy city, or chaotic life. My boyfriend and I enjoyed every single moment here and felt right at home the moment we arrived. Anne provided an accurate description of the property and photos to match. Clear instructions and directions were given and upon arriving it felt like visiting the home of an old friend. Anne’s warmth and hospitality is evident in all of her communication. The kitchen and bathroom are clean, usable, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Waking up to birdsong, the sound of the crackling fireplace, the smell of fresh air, and the visits from woodland life provided the most relaxing experience one could ask for. We are truly grateful to Anne for this one of a kind experience and we hope to visit again very soon.

Ann Marie must be one of the top hosts on the app. She was the most responsive and caring person assuring our stay was up to her high standards. The property was suited our needs very well, was close to the beach, and only a short drive away from the main strip in town. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival with meticulous attention to detail. We would certainly stay here again in the future!

Perfect getaway in Shelter Island! The pool house is as amazing as it looks in the listing :) Cute house on a beautiful, peaceful and very private green lot. Primael was very welcoming and responsive. She was also very flexible in terms of our check in and check out. Everything went super smoothly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I stayed here for a weakened with my little family of 4 plus my fur baby. We had a great time at this cabin . Nice change from the city. The place was clean , cozy and the host Estelle was super sweet. We will be returning next year for sure.
