Beachfront holiday rental in New London County

My husband, dog, and I LOVED our stay here- so much that Danielle accommodated for us to stay an additional day! It was the perfect location. Private enough where we felt secluded, but yet right off of a main road with so many great restaurants to walk to! The beach was about a 5 minute walk, and left us with the perfect spot and feeling like we had the beach completely to ourselves the days we were there. We are already talking about going back, and can’t wait to plan our next trip. Thanks so much!

Quiet neighborhood near the beach. After months of working 60+ hr weeks, it was just what I needed to reconnect with my family. Fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. Next time we're bringing a kayak or something so we can go out on the water. So peaceful.

Beautiful house, amazing location. Super close to the beach! The house is beautiful and spacious, we were 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. The amenities are great and we felt right at home. Totally recommend it! We already want to come back. Thank you so much.

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and can’t wait to come back! It is so close to the beach and there are a couple restaurants and bars within walking distance. A ton of other restaurants and bars less than a 10 minute drive away. And Trish is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! We chose this Airbnb specifically because it was dog friendly and really wanted to give our oldest girl (13) at least one more beach vacation. Trish was super accommodating with the dogs and the beach was calm and perfect for them.

This place is sparkling clean and has everything you’d need. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the living space was quite cozy. Lovely outdoor seating areas. And that hot tub! Strong jets, so relaxing! The house is so convenient to visit mystic seaport attractions, and there’s a sweet little bakery with an awesome hot beverage selection just around the corner (nana’s), an easy walk. Nice to get up and grab a country loaf or rosemary foccacia. There’s also a seafood and ice cream shack right there, plus a nice little market a very easy walk in the other direction. You may notice on the map that there’s a train track close by, but I never heard a train at night. Very quiet street. Plus they’ve thoughtfully provided white noise machines in the bedrooms. There are just so many thoughtful touches. Very comfortable and convenient

We loved our stay at peter's It was just as the pictures showed. when we arrived the AC was on and snacks were out for us. we had one small problem with the storm door. We called peter and he and his wife came right over and took care of it. We would stay there again without any question.

Awesome stay! What stood out in particular was Kat - she was very attentive, warm, and helpful. The space itself is great, felt homey. Walkable in just a few minutes to downtown niantic! 5 stars :)

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. Loved the place and it was perfect for our extended family to stay a couple of nights. Plenty of room and yet we could also be altogether. Really great and I highly recommend it for a large group. Thank you so much Katie!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

We continue to visit Rose’s house for our yearly weekend girls getaway. It’s the perfect cozy beautiful place to catch up with friends and relax. Rose is an amazing host!

The fresh air off the lake, the trees blowing in the wind, birds singing their songs. The place was surrounded by beauty. Although the weather wasn't warm enough to swim, we read books on the back deck and played cards on the porch. The beds were comfy, the shower was warm, and we hope to come back when we can vacation instead of attend a work conference. Highly recommend. Chandra was right there if we had any questions. A+++

Fantastic cute spot in Old Saybrook. Key things for future guests to know - there is no A/C in the winter months so the air can get a bit stale / stuffy in the house. Plus there is no washing machine / dryer in the house, so defo bring enough clothes!

Joe made an extra effort telling us home would be available earlier than quoted check in time. Very much appreciate this flexibility. Great neighborhood, wonderful walk to the beach. Was exactly what we needed as a home base for three days of bike rides. Wonderful area.

I had an amazing stay at Linda’s home! The view is absolutely beautiful and the spacious house made for great relaxation. Amenities made it easy to feel right at home along with games to play and enjoy the space even more. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms as well! Perfect for our group of 6 and we will definitely be back!

Amy’s Beachside retreat was absolutely beautiful , spotless , she was available always , very informative with her guest book for her quests to see what’s in the area , she went above and beyond I would highly recommend her vacation rentals. Amy answered every question I had before arriving during and after. Amy was very kind and takes quite pride in her vacation rental and goes out of her way for her vacationers ,My family had a wonderful time and appreciate the care she takes in her vacation home. It was a great place & extremely peaceful. The air is the tiny bit salty. We slept will the windows cracked. I heard a bird call at night, that got me right to sleep.

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect place to spend a week celebrating our 51st anniversary! The house itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and offers everything we could need for cooking, comfort, and leisure. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub! We made good use of the local beach pass that was furnished for us. The two very close by beaches were well-maintained and very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this location and plan to make this our go to Airbnb when we are in this area. Irina is the perfect host! She is extremely responsive and reliable.
