Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets
