Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. The Maine Getaway - Lakefront with Beach

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

The ABC is located just 15 minutes from the Stratton Mountain Gondola and just 2 miles from the popular Jamaica State Park. Comfortable for up to 5 people. We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.
