Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described - very clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The space felt cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of traveling. The hosts Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Mohammed were exceptional - friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay very comfortable. They provided helpful local tips and were always just a message and a phone call away if we needed anything. It's clear they put a lot of heart into hosting, and it really made a huge difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle - free experience. Thank you very much for a fantastic memorable stay.

I loved every part of my stay here! The place was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The building is very secure and in such a great location within Maadi. Thanks for such an awesome experience, I will definitely be returning when I visit Egypt again!

We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay at this property. The apartment is located in a very nice area at a walking distance from several cafes. It is very well maintained and clean. The Silver springs team are also very responsive and accommodating. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, would happily return.

I loved this place! It was cute and cozy and the hosts were super responsive throughout. They helped me with whatever I needed regardless of what time it was; fixed the WiFi for me super early in the morning and took my clothes to get dry cleaned for me! They were kind and welcoming and I honestly couldn’t think of a better experience. Thanks for having me!

Engy was an excellent host! She was available upon our arrival, guiding us through the process smoothly and ensuring everything was clear. Throughout our stay, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with a charming little patio that added a special touch. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.
