The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

One of the most beautiful and cleanest resorts.. Five stars for everything cleanliness, location, and service.. And the speed of responsiveness to everything .. There was no rinser and we asked them to provide us along Gapua and rode for all the bathrooms. Safety is high . I forgot my purse in the garden at night and from the first ones I asked them about it and they gave it to me and asked me to see if something was missing yet. Cleanliness Top and twice a week brings you a servant .. The place is beautiful and the garden is great and the sessions on the pool are elegant. The location is beautiful in the Fifth Settlement and in exchange for a restaurant complex and a queens from Starbucks and enough A5 by Waterway complex and the same complex has a supermarket and The drive is all left restaurants and Qahwi. We enjoyed our stay and it will be our first destination to live in Cairo.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Ahmed is an OUTSTANDING HOST. Sharif was of invaluable assistance while we were there. Ahmed took care of all our needs and was flexible when we had to change our plans for a couple of days. he was always just a text or phone call away. He and Sharif are EXCELLENT hosts. i would highly recommend you use them. They were great in scheduling ALL our tours of Cairo, Alexandria and Luxor. They are a class act.

This listing is such an exceptional place, I've been around a few Airbnbs globally but haven't witnessed such service as Prime Residence & exceptional support from Khaled and the team. It's truly a 5 star hotel service at an extremely affordable rate; starting with a concierge service to help with luggage, a reception that offers great refreshments and such friendly people that makes your stay feel super homely. I was impressed that there was a gym in the premises! as well as a truly impressive location which is close to 90th street & the American University in Cairo for any business trips or a selection of 3 mega malls for some shopping or family leisure. There is even an in-house kitchen that serves delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner which I find quite remarkable. If you're looking for a short term or a long term stay in Cairo away from downtown traffic and pollution Prime Residence is the perfect choice no doubt;) Thanks again Khaled & Yara, I hope I see you very soon!

The location is excellent inside the neighborhood and very close to the mall, mosque and garden Furniture is modern and the design of the space is very comfortable and surpasses 5 star hotel designs Access is very easy as it is considered a popular place within the neighborhood There are no defects and I advise everyone to stay in Residence Prime Gathering

Ahmed's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Ahmed and ismail were very accommodating and helpful letting me drop my bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing so quite and peaceful, the pools was amazing, good WiFi in our room. Staff friendly Area is up and coming food best to Uber out or order in on an app. Supermarket and restaurants are walkable but there is a hug Road to cross. There is some new developments near guy that look promising

Decided to stay here again as I traveled around Cairo and just overly impressed with the place. Mustafa is a genuine host who cares about his guests. Also if you want great mangos make sure to ask him where to go!
