“Rochelle and Clayton are incredibly welcoming hosts. The space was lovely and cosy with thoughtful touches. I was travelling with my 2 young daughters so Gaia gave us the perfect getaway from Sydney. We always love to explore the Southern Highlands and this was an ideal base to enjoy the many historic villages and scenic countryside. We made many happy memories at Gaia.”
Built in the 1850/60’s, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a recently renovated freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries etc. Our guests come here to enjoy the country life in the Chapel of an historical home.
“You can expect a charming and private character filled room with a cosy atmosphere. It was quite wet and cool on our arrival but the room was well prepared with warmth and treats on our arrival. We could come and go as we pleased and were close to all the local village townships. We will definitely come and visit again. Ann and Bill”
