Monthly Rentals in New Albany Township

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

We enjoyed our stay! Convenient location to Louisville. Cute and cozy home. The host did a very good job at communicating and was very friendly!

My wife, two friends, and I stayed here for five nights while attending my son’s wedding on April 10th. The place was quiet, charming, and very well organized, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—central and convenient, making it easy to explore downtown New Albany on foot. Behind it was the Ohio River. We cooked out meals in the complete kitchen and did our laundry too. We found it close to the Dollar Store and resturants. We bought a lot of really fancy jewelry at a place called Ronaldo’s jewelry which is nearby. It is truly a homey feeling there. And run quite professionally though we never had a face to face with our host. There might be some railroad nosie at night but its negligible. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after busy days celebrating the wedding. Overall, it was a fantastic home base, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were in Louisville for a volleyball tournament and this home was perfect for our stay. The home itself felt very spacious, clean, well stocked, had the best decor (loved the record player), comfortable beds and furniture, and wonderful unique touches throughout. I also really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and watching the neighborhood cats roam about. My 4 year old really enjoyed getting to know one of them! Overall, it met our needs perfectly and the hosts were wonderful. We’d definitely stay again!
