Family-friendly holiday rentals in New Albany

We loved our stay here! Ingrid and Mike were incredible and communicated proactively to make the stay that much easier t enjoy with more time relaxing and less time asking questions. The location is perfect to walk to campus as well as to multiple venues which makes it ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

Cindy is such a wonderful person and host who truly cares for the families staying at her cabin! This cabin was perfect! It was comfy, clean, and so well taken care of. We truly appreciate it! Definitely choose this cabin for your next getaway! We had no complaints! 🥰

We had a wonderful time, the place was very clean, described accurately, and easy to find. We found most everything we needed and loved the huge deck, the jacuzzi and the lovely swing down by the river. Since we only had one car, we were unable to take advantage of the kayak, but there was plenty of other things to do nearby. Thank you for a very peaceful and fun few days.

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

This Cabin is absolutely gorgeous! The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook dinner for a big group. My friends and I hiked at nearby Hocking Hills, kayaked down a river, and relaxed in the hot tub. I would feel good about recommending this space to anyone else.

My sister and I stayed here while in town for a funeral. It was the perfect place for us. We wanted something nostalgic as we grew up with our grandparents home just a few blocks away. Strolling the neighbor and getting Jeni’s ice cream daily was just what our hearts needed during this sad visit. Parking was right in front of the house on Whittier St. I loved how there always seemed to be a spot for us. The sofa bed was actually the only sofa bed I’ve ever slept in that was comfortable. It had a memory foam mattress. There were plenty of towels and the linens were luxurious and so soft. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Bang for your buck! This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this cabin in the past month. Rustic cabin off the beaten path. The stars at night were insane! Much needed escape from the city!

Comfortable bed, Hot shower, and cozy place with all things you need for your stay. It's the middle of everything college town. So many restaurants and Kroger (grocery store) is right across the street. Douglas offered a flexible check in, gave recommendations and even left treats for my service dog. We will stay here again!

The home and location were both very nice. The home was as described and very comfortable. The location was nice to walk around, enjoyed experiencing a few different restaurants for meals, and checked out shops in the area.

The area has a very safe, small town feel. The lake is pretty and a lot of nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. Close to the interstate and towns that have wal-mart, Kroger, and a lot of other stores and restaurants. We rented a boat from a local company. That was very enjoyable and would do again. We rented this home for 6 weeks. The stay was enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Great country home- super easy check in. Perfect for Kenyon reunion as the location is perfect and walkable to everything.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! The town has a festival every Thursday evening in the summer. The home is right in the next block so we were able to enjoy live music, local restaurants, and shopping.

Brandy was very communicative about parking, and overall directions. One thing to note that I didn’t see is that the steps to the 2nd floor are very steep and shallow, which is common in these types of duplexes. My 82 year old mother had a bit of a challenge getting up and down but the handrail was nice and sturdy. Great location, a bit noisy at night if you’re not part of the action. Would definitely stay here again! Lots of stuff I could need in cabinets and drawers. Thanks Brandy!

Juliana....thank you for being a nice host and easy to get along with. My son and I enjoyed your place while in town for his baseball tournament. Close to everything including the baseball fields. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the colorful neighborhood!

Can't say enough about Kevin's hospitality, communication and support!!! He was so flexible, even while we were all confused :) He helped us way more than should be expected, and it was truly appreciated! The home was wonderful - great location, wonderful inside and out! We walked everywhere we wanted to go the entire trip! Cannot recommend Kevin and his rental enough!

Stayed here for a night before visiting The Wilds. The silo was roomy and had everything my family of four needed.

Norman is a great host! He is proactive and responsive. When he came over to feed his sheep and lambs, he took time to talk with us about them and let us pet them. This is a great rural place if you are looking for peace, quiet and the sounds of nature.
