Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay at their place.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you are only half an hour away from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large barbecue gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Thankyou Ana for the stay in your lovely apartment in Bibinje. We cannot recommend this host and place more. Very kind and helpful and the location it literally on the doorstep of the harbour and beach, shops and bars. Very reasonable and easy to get to Zadar by taxi or bus. But there’s also everything you need here. Clean apartment, a good size and a lovely little pool with your own private sitting space. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. A first class host! 👌

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

We were able to spend 14 wonderful days in May/June there. The house is located in an olive grove, it is located directly (2 meters) by the sea which can be reached in a few steps (pebble/stone beach). There is a jetty for boats right outside the door. Within the radius of 200 meters there are 10 houses, the nearest neighbor is 1 meter away. The house has a shared driveway from the road to the house, where you can park your car. The owner is extremely accommodating and the nicest contact we have ever had in 30 years of Croatia vacation. He is always available for questions, response time under 30 minutes. Very nice contact with the Adriagate employee in Biograd. The whole house was super clean and is simply furnished, country category 3/5. The alternating gravel/tar road to the house, so the last about 4 KM to the house are very easily accessible by a normal car for a Croatian gravel road.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Zadar. The location is perfect—Sukošan is a beautiful and peaceful place, especially outside the busy season. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and just a short walk from the sea. We really enjoyed the beach—it’s perfect for sunbathing or a relaxing stroll. Our host, the lovely Marina, and her family were absolutely amazing. Marina was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our messages, and very thoughtful—she even offered us a late check-out before we had the chance to ask. She was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And we can’t forget her adorable dog, Alex—such a cutie! We’d definitely recommend Marina’s place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. I recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you soon 😉

Had a very nice stay at Petar’s place. The apartments are centrally located and close to the center of town and the beach, which is only few minutes walk away. Ideal place for a relaxed stay!
