No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, BBQ (unless a fire ban is in effect) and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
