Winery, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, you will have the choice between visits, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Detached house with 1200 m2 fenced plot. Quiet neighborhood. Complete renovation in May 2025. Key handover in person or key box. Parking in front or in the courtyard. 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture and children's playhouse to enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the date of your booking, you may be able to eat some fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Entrance through a veranda (7 steps).

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
