Within walking distance (about 5 minutes on foot) are various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeka, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria). You can park your car for free and safely next to the apartment; there's always plenty of parking.

Attic studio on the Danube Cycle Path

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
