Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
