Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cosy living atmosphere over a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing lift. Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
