This is our home: warm, peaceful, and fun. We are a family of four, and since 2023, we’ve been living on a sailboat traveling the world. This is our home—the place we built and equipped for ourselves—and today we’re happy to share it with you. Located 25km from downtown, surrounded by lakes and forests. It’s perfect for remote work or family trips. We are close to the beach, Cerro Catedral ski resort, and trekking trails. A real refuge, fully equipped to enjoy the comfort of being at home.

Our cabin is located in a residential area, a few steps from the Limay River. We are 10 minutes from Neuquén Airport, 5 minutes from Plottier and 20 minutes from downtown Neuquén. It is a quiet place, surrounded by nature and with a family and artisanal touch. It has a double bed and two single beds in the living room. Pets are allowed, there is a closed patio area, with a grill and garden furniture. Parking is free, you can leave the vehicle inside the property.

A unique house, located in the forest, 1350 meters above sea level. It is the possibility of fully experiencing nature with all the amenities and comfort that facilitate the experience of being in the mountains. The neighborhood has its own equipment to ensure the roads are passable in winter season, but given the height at which La Casa de Juan is located, it is important to have a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains.
