Holiday rentals with beach access in Neuquén Province

Jorge and Paula's place is perfect for rest and rest. The apartment itself is very modern, unlike other places that stayed a bit in time. To get there, it's important to read the instructions because it's a little away from the main route but with that indication, it's easy. From the route it is approx 10 min by dirt road (in good condition) It is ideal to have a car since the distances to the supermarket or any place to eat would be too long to walk but it is not exclusive. A lot of people finger! The apartment is fully equipped for cooking. Very spacious spaces. The bathroom is complete and very comfortable. Everything is heated. The room is on a 1st floor, there is plenty of guarded space and forest views on both sides. There are blackout curtains on all the windows. There is a beach access - it's approx 500 mt walking. You can go by car as well. Communication was very fluid and pleasant. Thank you for having us!

Ideal for enjoying the beautiful city of SM de los A, walking to go shopping, going out to dinner or just shopping at the supermarket. One block from the main street. The apartment and the building are very new and everything works. Recommended!

The apartment is clean, more than spacious enough for two people and has a great shower. It's located in a wonderful setting with a pristine lake, beach and mountains right in front of the property. The building is beautifully designed, has a large indoor/outdoor pool with sauna and a gym. Also, Omar provided great videos directing us to the house. And the world's shortest river, Rio Correntoso, connects Lago Correntoso to Lago Nahuel Huapi about 100m from the apartment. It's great for fly fishing or just sipping mate around sunset. We would definitely return!

An absolutely incredible place to stay in beautiful surroundings. So peaceful and quiet and beautifully decorated. Paula was brilliant - she shared so much useful information and kept in touch before and during our stay and went above and beyond to help. I only wish we had stayed longer!

The house has all the amenities for 6 people. It's spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very close to Av. Bustillo. Ideal.

We spent 4 amazing weeks at Jorge's house. The area is very quiet as it is isolated from the tourist movement of the Villa. Also, being in the high area the temperatures were more pleasant than in the center (which on days of pure sun, gets quite hot). Private access to the lake was one of the important points. The view of the lake from the house is also very good. The area is great for kayaking, there are several beaches in front that were not very visited normally. It is also located on foot very close to some beaches on either side of the peninsula, an important point because if it blows a lot from the west one can cross the other side. For those who like walking in the forest, there is a reserve at the tip of the peninsula, also close on foot. Beautiful place to go and spend some time. The house itself is beautiful and very functional. At night it refreshes but the upstairs bedroom area stays warm with the heat of the day that builds up.

Very friendly and with a good predisposition to make the stay the best possible. We were 4 for a weekend break and everything was very good! Recommended!

Alicia is an excellent host, the few times we need her help, she responded quickly and super predisposed and kind. The house is a dream, the location is magical, away from noise surrounded by nature. Felt at home from the first moment. Choosing this house was a great decision!

Everyone should stay in this cabin one day. It's like reconnecting with nature. The landscape is much more beautiful than what is shown in the photos. With snow or sun, everything is beautiful. We love it and we'll be back. One detail: as for the internet, we didn't use it because we brought our own. The stove, perhaps due to my inattention, I thought it had 2 burners, but it only had 1, despite that, we were able to use it without any problems. Oh, if you want to use the fireplace, remember to bring your own firewood because it is not sold on site. The place is close to Campanario, you can go on foot! We also walked to the municipal park where the hidden lake is (a good walk with good restaurants around). The host is very dear and so is Hugo. In short: a sensational place.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Always nice to have a wash machine. It was much appreciated to have laundry detergent and tea available at the apartment. A nice area of town, walkable to anything you need.

This is a very nice place to stay. The lake views are simply incredible, the pictures don't do it justice. The place itself is nice and has everything that you need. I was there in the low season and would imagine the place is much busier in the summer months. i had a car while i was here which i would definetly advise. i would stay here again.

Very nice apartment, very pleasant and well decorated / well equipped. The large bay windows and terrace offer magnificent lake views. The host and on-site support are attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely stay there. We recommend it.

I made an exception getting our reservation one night and last minute, which I really appreciate. The place is very beautiful, very quiet environment is an area outside the center, without noise, for those who move by car is ideal. It has access to the lake, there is large stone in that area and wind but we were equipped with lounge chairs and we take some good mates enjoying the sunset. The bed is MUYY comfortable we loved sleeping like that. The bathroom and kitchen are also very functional. The temperature - environment inside the apartment is very comfortable.
