The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in a variety of cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! :)

The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

I was there for work and therefore only a short night in Silvia's apartment and felt very comfortable. Great style - bright, modern, tidy and thoughtful. Super comfortable bed, great amenities, super clean. Silvia as a host was nice and quick in communication and access to the apartment and all the information you needed, well explained. I'll be happy to come back when I come to Linz again!
