This unique property offers the perfect combination of coziness, nature experience and modern comfort. The terrace in front of the tiny house offers an ideal place to relax outdoors. Here you can enjoy your breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine.

Klara's cottage with charm

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

Friendly and lovingly decorated apartment in "Haus Lotus," approx. 47 square meters for 1 to maximum 4 people (1.40 bed and pull-out sofa bed) with shared use of the garden. Perfect apartment to relax, recharge and enjoy nature. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the basement. There is a small yoga school in the house. Private yoga and relaxation classes, massage and yoga therapy can be booked. Pets are allowed by agreement.

Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

We offer a bright, friendly apartment (approx. 34 m²) for max. 2 people. On a sunny, small terrace, surrounded by a natural garden, our guests have a magnificent view of Hohenurach Castle. It is accessible via a staircase with a height difference of about 10 m.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony while taking in the beautiful countryside views. Whether hiking, cycling or mountain biking, relaxing at the spa or outlet shopping – everything is close by. During the day, trains run every 30 minutes from Dettingen towards Outletcity Metzingen.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
