Logement indépendant et spacieux avec vue dégagée. Amoureux de la nature et en quête de calme, nous avons acquis cette ancienne ferme située dans un écrin de verdure, entourée de pâture, d’un étang et d’un cours d’eau. Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison principale et aménagé la grange avec soin. Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas encore terminés (façade et cour), mais le lieu est déjà très agréable. Le logement est situé à Bouvancourt, un charmant petit village à 20 km de Reims.

Located 20 minutes from the Reims (North) entrance and 2 km from the Reims–Laon SNCF line, the house is part of a farmhouse complex with a separate entrance. In the surrounding area, history enthusiasts can visit "La Caverne du Dragon" located twenty minutes away and, closer, the site where the first tanks were used. Variscourt is a quiet village where it is pleasant to walk along the canal that runs alongside the Aisne.
