Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
