The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Nahegelegene Alpaka, Esel und Vogel-Straußen Gehege stellen das Highlight für Kinder dar. Für Erwachsene ist die Unterkunft der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren mit unter auf dem Donau-Radweg oder für schöne Wanderungen z.B. in der Wutachschluch. Zudem befindet sich in ca 3 km Entfernung ein Hallenbad sowie ein Baggersee.

Shopping such as bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, etc. There is also a historic train ride with the 'Sauschwänzle Bahn' as well as the Wutach Gorge nearby. The property itself is a 3-room apartment, quietly located, towards the forest, on the upper floor of the house.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway.
