Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. Good connection to the bus/train. There is an Edeka with a bakery/butcher nearby. The RKU, University Hospital and the Bundeswehr Hospital can be reached in 10 minutes. The guest room has its own TV and Wi-Fi. The gym can be shared. If you want to have a party, please discuss it with us beforehand :)! Check-in is possible by arrangement, as my husband and I get home at different times :)!
