Apartment holiday rentals in Neu-Ulm

We had already been in this apartment a few years ago, and even this time we had a very good time. Great location, very clean and cozy. I would only add a few kitchen accessories like bowls and containers. Super equipped bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Thank you very much Ludovic!

We felt super comfortable as a family for three nights. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. There was really nothing missing - you can tell that someone is making an effort here.

Had a friendly welcome. Marco was helpful and thought along with what we wanted to do. He came up with tips and advice. Had a very pleasant stay.

Brand new apartment, it is very clean, equipped with the best comforts to make any guest feel at home even large families like mine of 5! Located in a quiet area perfect for resting after a day spent visiting the beautiful villages nearby!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is totally centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

Everything worked without a hitch. They asked if everything was okay and if anything was missing. I felt comfortable. Cute apartment with outdoor area and large bathroom. Highly recommended.

A nice little 1-room basement apartment in the host's family home with a separate entrance. We were here for a weekend and are completely satisfied. Check-in was straightforward via key box. But it can also be done in person. After check-in, we rang the doorbell and were greeted by Martin. Upon request, he also directly recommended 2-3 things we can do in the area. What we really liked was that he thought about it afterwards and suggested other things to us. As a result, we really had a very nice morning at the local rose festival, which happened to take place this weekend. Thank you very much. In summary, we can say that we spent time in a nice little apartment with great hosts.

Very nice family friendly apartment!

I spent two nights in this accommodation and am completely thrilled. Everything you need was really there - thoughtfully equipped, comfortably furnished and consistent on all levels. I would especially like to highlight the warm contact: The hosts were very friendly, attentive and generous. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. I felt absolutely comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you!

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

Very happy with the property and the host. They gave us absolute privacy and tranquility and I will recommend it to my friends.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Angelika in person, and we received a good briefing, especially on the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation of where to eat or what activities to do was passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The variety was also convincing. Overall, it was two beautiful days.
