Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor with lift accessible. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and WiFi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 minutes to the center in Ulm and the Ulm Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 minutes. Everything was very nice. Check-in was in person and very nice. Room for this price is great. Absolutely clean, both room and hallway and bathroom. Bed is also comfortable. A very nice service that is not a matter of course these days was the breakfast. That was also good and the coffee was also very tasty. Personally, I liked that the host printed something for me, which saved me a lot of time. RECOMMENDATION :)

Viktoria's apartment is beautiful and the location is outstanding. Everything you need for your stay is provided. You even have a view of the Ulmer Munster from the balcony. You are literally a 6-8 minute walk to the Munsterplatz and all the shopping. The underground parking is a huge plus. I would certainly stay here again, and I hope to get the chance. Viktoria was responsive and a great host.

I booked with Yvonne for the first time and everything went smoothly and easily. The accommodation is very clean, neatly furnished and modern. Yvonne briefly introduced herself in person after check-in and was available for open questions, very likeable. The shower has a slightly weak water pressure. But this is less a criticism, and more of a comfort problem on my part😊. Many thanks to Yvonne 🤗
