House holiday rentals in Nether Edge

We had a lovely time staying at the Old Angel with a large group of women. The sheer number of bathrooms was super handy with the large group number, and the living and dining spaces were super functional for a group of our size. There is a one half freezer and a large fridge, which Nicola had left some treats in which was a lovely touch. Bedrooms were well organised and very clean, with towels provided. There’s a village shop right next door, and a pub 20 meters away which was glorious in the May sunshine. Nicola and her team were very helpful in response to any questions/feedback we we had - overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this place to others!

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Fabulous place - we stayed for a week - with 2 teenagers, a preteen and our dog - great field opposite to run the dog morning and evening. Plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. 45 minutes to nearest place to eat out. Facilities were great - lots of swimming and football played by our kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Super stay and so convenient for the Peak District, friendly place and nice food and beer at the Norfolk Arms over the road. Very clean, and welcoming. Thoughtful things in the kitchen. I would love to stay again - it's a special building with wonderful history, and a friendly and welcoming vibe.

Had a lovely stay, Anna was very responsive, very friendly and helpful with clear check in instructions and information about the property. Will definitely book again when going back to Sheffield, the house felt very much like home.

great place, close to shops and restaurants

This was an ideal spot,close to ameneties but very quiet. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the whole place spotless. We highly recommend it.

Had a great weekend. The place met all our needs, was comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will stop again when we are next in the area.

If you like the city and the great outdoors, Luke's place is the perfect base. You can reach the Peaks straight from the house, talking a walk through Endcliffe park and beyond. Or, take a stroll into the city for food/retail therapy. The rooms and living space are spacious and welcoming. Thanks Luke!

Where to start... Laura is a wonderful host! Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Her home was a beautiful, colourful, tidy hideaway from the ordinary life. Relaxing garden with many beautiful flowers and herbs that offer a perfect place to relax, read and eat too, same as many small corners of her house with comfortable chairs by the windows. House and kitchen is well equipped. Laura offers great guide to area and coffee shops. Parking was a little hit and miss, but spaces can be found dotted around and walk back to the house offers a lovely view of different houses and front gardens so quite pleasant. Drive to city centre is only about 12 mins so very convenient location. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great place to stay in Sheffield, right opposite Sheffield United football grounds. All rooms have lovely en-suites, which is great for a group of friends staying together. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The host is very responsive to queries before and during the stay. Lovely touch having a few beers and snacks available. Stairs are quite steep (particularly to the top floor). Parking is on the road outside the property, and the host pre-arranged for a permit for us for our stay. We would recommend, and will be staying again next time we visit Sheffield.

A beautiful well maintained cottage for two. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Rosie popped in to introduce herself and deliver a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate which was lovely as we only had a two night stay! We would certainly book again if we were in the area.

We used The Nest as a base to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the size and light in the open plan kitchen/lounge was perfect. Lovely location in Sheffield too

A Memorable Stay with Breathtaking Views! What an amazing vacation! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip to the UK. The house was cozy, clean, and full of charm – the view… simply breathtaking! Waking every morning felt like a dream. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the location made exploring the area super easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made everything so smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and make memories. Highly, highly recommend – can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay in this property. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Every part of the property appears new and tidy. It felt like home. Lovely place to stay, we were going to a concert so perfect for our overnight stay. The house is set over 3 floors and the stairs were steep. We slept in the attic room so had to climb 2 sets of stairs but the bed was so comfy it was worth the climb! We used a carpark which is literally 2 minutes walk away and cost £7.50 for 24hrs. The host was very friendly and answered quickly from my initial enquiry until we left…thank you x
