Villa holiday rentals in Nessebar

Our stay at Vasileya's house was awesome. Although she wasn't there herself her mother was an excellent host. She greeted everyone and was always there to listen and help out with all our additional requests during the whole stay. We had at our disposal not only our rooms but the common spaces too. Definately recommend. Until next time :)

Two days before arrival, we received a friendly offer from the host to change the reserved accommodation for a better one (larger, two-story villa) without extra charge. The villa is located in a quiet, well-kept complex. It is completely renovated, very spacious, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool with a bar in the complex. Good communication with the host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Thank you very much! The house is very clean and bright, with everything necessary for a family! The kids were thrilled with the trampoline, hammock, swings, large yard, lawn and grill, and the adults also appreciated all the amenities. There is enough dishes in the kitchen, and the bathrooms are clean and well ventilated. Special thanks for the coffee machine and delicious coffee ❤️. Ivaylo, the owner of the house, is a bright and kind personality. He helped us start the car when the battery died, coming with his own cables to help us! Dani was a perfect host, very responsive to queries beforehand and welcomed us in-person upon arrival — despite arriving quite late (just briefly to welcome us, ensure we had what we needed, and were happy). I felt I could ask for things if needed, but otherwise we were left in private. Check out requirements were minimal and Dani was very flexible and accommodating of our needs and comforts regarding check out and extending the trip by a day. Location was great. 5 mins to the nearby beach and an amicable walk to the Old town of Nessebar. An easy drive to the airport. Nice to stay in a more residential area, rather than near the resorts and holiday makers. Handy two car parking off the road. Didn't hear a noise from neighbors either. What more could you ask for?! We would happily stay again and happily recommend to others!

Nice accommodation near the beach. In addition, there is also a shop available, and otherwise also within a few minutes' walk from the Lidl. Old town Sozopol can be done on foot (+-25 min) along the beaches. Nice seating area to go outside for breakfast in the morning or to relax. Recommended!

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

The villa is really great - luxurious, stylish, new, suitable for relaxation and rest. The garden was amazing, well maintained, very green and providing the necessary privacy around the pool. We spent most of our time around the pool. The open space of the living room gives the opportunity to have the feeling you are living in the garden. The area is quiet and at the same time very close to the center of Lozenets village. There are several restaurants that deliver food, so if you don’t want to be out in the village, you can enjoy your dinner at the villa. We liked Oasis beach. Not so crowded, nice bar, we liked Petros restaurant there for lunch. We had a great time at the villa. I was impressed by the amenities that were provided in the villa, everything that we could need was there. I am so happy we have chosen Sunset villa for our vacation. Definitely would like to return again.

We were a family of 10 ( range 12yo to 77 yo). We had an excellent time The Villa The Villa is what I would call rustic and basic but has everything you need. There is a very welcoming caretaker (female) who is there to greet you and shows you around. She stays on site and is there if anything is needed and was very helpful. There were a couple of minor issues that were quickly rectified. She speaks no English but we managed with Ggl Translate. The bedrooms are basic but have excellent air conditioning and are cleaned daily by the caretaker. There is a small kitchen inside with a fridge freezer. The kitchen is quite small but you can manage simple meals. It is fully stocked with cooking equipment, utensils and crockery. There is a very large inside table if needed. The pool area has 5 sunbeds, 6 chairs and 2 tables. There is and excellent canopy that can be hoisted and moved around for those wanting shade. There is also a preparation area and sink, our family used this area a lot for cold food preparation for breakfast and lunch. The pool is great and about 3 ft at the shallow end end 5 ft at the deep end. It is cleaned regularly. The caretaker brought out inflatables for us to use as well There is good wifi throughout the property other than in the bottom bedroom of the main house ( note we used all of the main house including the studio, so this had a total of 5 bedrooms). Location It is at the top of a very steep hill, so for the elderly, taxis are in order up and potentially down. The location worked well for us as it is about 15 minutes walk to the start of the restaurants and bars. Taxi to here was 15 Lev (£7). We had older teenagers and young 20yo’s in the party. They went off down to the very lively main party strip, about a 30 minute walk or 20-25 Lev taxi. The resort really does cater for quiet and super lively and everything in between. Supermarkets For ease we generally used the Aldo (quite expensive) at the bottom of the hill and a smaller supermarket (cheaper). However we did one big shop at the M+M but the waterpark. This is very much for locals and loads cheaper. It’s about 2 miles so a taxi back is needed. There was a big Mercury store towards Sveti Vlas (about 1.5 miles) which would be easier to get to but we never used it. Overall we had a Fab holiday in a nice quiet villa close enough to everything for a mixed family of 10.

everything was fine. the house is big with 3 sleeping rooms and one living room the kitchen is well equipped. there is an aircondition, but you do not need it, there is always a nice, calm wind. the garden is big and the pool is amazing. exactly what you need in summer. the host is very sympathetic and IF there is a ,,problem" he will find a solution. thanks for the nice hospitality. we will come definitely back again thanks. Everything was fine. the house is large with the 3 bedrooms and the living room. the kitchen has everything you need. there is an air conditioner that we never used because there was always a pleasant wind. the garden is large and the pool was just the right one in summer(clean and laid out). the host is very personable, and if there's a challenge, they'll take care of it right away. We had a great stay in the villas, they were all very clean and the gardens and pool were beautiful. Iliya was a great host, very helpful and communicative, he gave us taxi numbers to use and checked on us regularly. The village was very peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Lovely beautifully furnished villa in a peaceful location. Evelina was a brilliant host - always available if needed, friendly, professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend the villa and Evelina as a host.

It was a fantastic stay for us, peacefull, quite place to stay, house is 10/10 very clean, there is pool its nice size for children. property owner and their family very friendly. no one disturbed you but whenever you need them they come right away. Burgas is 20 km away 20 min drive. There is a lidl and some other market you can get anything you need. Also you must visit Nesebar for a day its only 25 min away with driving. I highley recommend this place speacially for family.

Lovely place near the beautiful southern Black Sea coast. If you have a car, you can visit many beautiful beaches, historical sites and cultural events, concerts, exhibitions… Another positive side of this place is that you immediately touch the culture and manners of the ordinary Bulgarian village. You will wake up from a rooster, buy some tomatoes and watermelon from the neighbor :) They will shake you up and send you smiling and good people. The villa has all the amenities. The ambient is quiet and cultural. We had a great holiday on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast! <3

We have just arrived home after 10 days at Sunny Hills. We had a great time and will definitely plan to visit again. Our late flight time meant that we arrived at an unsociable hour, but it was not a problem for Iliya, who happily greeted us. The villa was spacious and clean with beautiful greenery surrounding us to give us some privacy. All of the beds had clean linen with spare pillows/blankets. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Although the villa supplies bath towels, take swimming towels with you. The one thing that stood out was just how peaceful it was. As a family with young children, we wanted to be able to explore the busier areas of Bulgaria but be able to drive back again, to enjoy the quiet of the village/complex. I’d definitely suggest a hire car to visit Sunny Beach, Nesebar and Burgas etc, just be mindful that many of the roads are not complete or have large holes.
