Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nessebar

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

Great spacious place with flexible check-in time (only a a couple places in the area had this option). I didn't have any special requests apart from a later check-out time and the host (Daria) was responsive.

Enjoyable stay on the edge of town in this immaculate small apartment with a stunning sea view. Elizabet was very friendly and helpful with airport transfer, local recommendations and flexibility around check-in/put timings. Some local shops/restaurants closing at the end of the summer season, but the town centre wasn't much of a walk.

Great place to stay! The apartment was cozy and had a beautiful view. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the sea was just a few minutes’ walk away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Great apartment and lots of outside space ,very clean

This apartment is in a very beautiful complex. The fifth story view of the pool area was very relaxing. There is also beautiful shrubbery and trees, and easy access. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is nice and clean, the terrace is just the perfect place to relax! We had 4 days of rain and wind (out of 7) and the terrace helped a lot! The furniture is very comfortable and the view is amazing! The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and we had enough space - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Edda was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages! I was hoping there is a store / cafe / restaurant in the complex, but they were closed unfortunately.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Good vacation accommodation, comfortable enough for a large family or company.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
