Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In this small mansion, we welcome you in a loft of 90m2, warm and comfortable on the 2nd floor(staircase a little steep for people with reduced mobility). This loft has an individual bedroom with a double bed (140), a large main room with : a double bed (140) ,a dining room, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, independent toilets. Towels and bed are provided; possibility of adding 2 extra beds of one person. TV ,wifi, air conditioning.

When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

The Little Redwood House

Small independent house with garden and fireplace, located in the middle of nature at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Forest walks accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bicycles are available free of charge upon request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. L'Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms each with its Italian shower and private toilets, it is bright .
