Oscar and Carlos's place was clean, quiet and comfortable. They were friendly and communicative hosts and made us feel very welcome, and they shared lots of excellent local recommendations for food and attractions. The location is central and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend :)

I had a really good time staying in Bilbao for 4 nights and 5 days..! The accommodation was tidy and the host was so kind, so it was nice. In the morning, you can have toast and make your own coffee with a moka pot. The bathroom was shared, but there was nothing too uncomfortable. The location of the accommodation is not near tourist attractions such as the city center, the Guggenheim Museum, or the old town, but it was close to the subway station, so it wasn't a problem at all to get around, and it's actually 3 subway stations to the city center, so I don't think you have to worry about the location. Rather, it was nice because the accommodation was in a residential area, so I think it was an opportunity to see how the actual residents live. If you're thinking of staying in Bilbao for a few days, I really recommend it!

The apartment was great; a good size, clean, nicely kept, and close to the Casco Viejo. The street in front could be a bit noisy in the evenings but it never went on late. The neighborhood is up and coming and some of the nearby streets felt a little bit rough but there are good cafes, bars and restaurants in the area and it mostly has the feel people going about their business.
