Beautiful and sunny flat situated in Nervi, in a quiet zone near the centre of Nervi and all services (the Carrefour supermarket is 150 metres in distance from the flat and it is open all the days from 08.00 to 24.00). It is perfect for all seasons, for short and long periods, because there are air conditioner inside of it for the summer season and for the winter season the temperature in Nervi is higher from the rest of the city (more 3-6 degree).
