Very nice place. Beautiful views. Very easy to find with lots of restaurant options. Very close to panjim and to the north.

Property is well maintained and clean. Caretaker Avdesh is also very helpful and approachable. He is always a call away if you face any issue. Location is also very good and in close proximity with near by attraction. Owner Terrence Salvador also helped me with proper advice for a medical emergency in family. Overall it is a very satisfactory experience.

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful apartment!! If anyone is looking for a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, with everything spotlessly clean and all the essential amenities provided. What made it even better was the amazing team behind it. Chaitali was incredibly quick to respond and handled everything so smoothly. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a quiet escape in Goa, away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping every morning just made it all the more magical.

Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.

The place was spotless, tastefully done, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had basic utensils, which made cooking light meals very convenient. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to solo travelers, couples, or even small families looking for a homely stay in North Goa. Would love to come back again!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter. The place is well maintained. Nimish was a perfect host. He was always available and ready to go out of his way to help. would definitely recommend this place for a convenient stay especially if you have things to do in town.

The place is just perfect and centre to north Goa , You will find it peaceful and soothing as house is made so beautifully. I will definitely prefer this airbnb next time .

There was a surprise gift hamper waiting for us, that was so sweet and thoughtful😍Had a wonderful homely stay, all the amenities at the property made our life very easy❤️Very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful surrondings. We had a cafe(Cafe Durga) and a grocery store at ground floor for quick and easy food plus groceries.🥰The property was cleaned everyday by the caretaker. 2 washrooms were an added advantage. The property had block game for kids🥳The infinity roof top pool and scenic views were the highlights of the property. Enjoyed alot there❤️The host ensured our hassle free checkin by connecting us with house caretaker. The caretaker was proactive, friendly and helpful, she helped us with getting the luggage at home.😇 All in all a great memorable stay, started missing the place already during my final packup, hope to visit soon again🥹❤️

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

We were a group of 5, stayed for 2 nights. The place is extremely beautiful, comfy & spacious. Property matches the look & feel of every photo posted by the host. The host was very clear & helpful with the instructions. Kudos to Casaflip Team !!

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

The flat and the amminities were exactly like it was mentioned online and shown in the pictures, beautifully organised and well maintained by Dhanush and Team, had a wonderful time at the appartment..

property was really good...value for money but few things need to be fixed like kitchen (utensils were not that clean) siting area and garden space was full of dirt unwanted trees were grown. they would've cleaned that part. so overall I'll rate 4/5.

Great stay. We were staying with kids and place was spacious and clean for kids to run around and play. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make baby food too. Had a minor issue with AC but host sent help quickly to get it sorted. Overall had an amazing stay. Will definitely recommend. 10/10

The house itself has a great vibe—very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It was so comfortable that you could easily spend a day or two indoors without feeling the need to go out—you won’t get bored at all! Every little thing you might need is thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to other household essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home.
